This plan includes:

- Entryway sign*
- 1 conference room hour
- 5% discount from monthly

*Entryway sign would contain the name of the broker, together with the trade name, if any. For a partnership or corporation, the sign would contain the name of the firm or trade name, together with the name of at least one of the brokers.

The sign would say "Licensed Real Estate Broker".

The sign would be affixed in the office lobby to be easily observed and read by any person entering the office.
